Membership

Consideration for the network is limited to individuals with genuine purchasing authority or influence over vendor decisions at their organisation. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw consideration at our discretion, and to remove a member if the information provided at application no longer holds.

Introductions

An introduction is made only with your approval. We make a reasonable effort to vet providers before recommending them, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any introduction or briefing, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.

Participation benefit

Where offered, a participation benefit is provided at our discretion following a qualifying introduction, is not contingent on any purchase, and may be discontinued or changed at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the network evolves. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
