A Private Executive Network

The vendor you need exists. Finding them is not your job.

Private introductions to providers we have already vetted, chosen against the brief you give us and the work your team has underway. No cold outreach, no directory to trawl, no proposal you didn't ask for.

One thirty-minute conversation. Then you decide.

Two minutes to become a member. Built for VP-level executives and above with real purchasing authority.

What Members Receive

Built from your brief

We work from what you tell us you need, and from nothing else.

The Challenge

An inbox is not a sourcing strategy.

Fifty cold emails a week and not one of them relevant. Analyst reports a year behind your market. A category decision that starts, embarrassingly, with a search engine and ends with a provider nobody verified.

Powerhouse Sourcing changes that. Tell us what you are evaluating. We bring back the two or three providers worth a conversation.

How It Works

From mandate to meeting.

01

Tell us what you're evaluating

The challenge, the requirement, or the capability you are weighing this quarter.

02

We research the market

We map the providers working on your problem, including the ones not yet on your radar.

03

We vet the field

Every provider is measured against our standard before it is ever put in front of you.

04

We shortlist

A market of hundreds becomes a handful worth your attention. Usually two or three.

05

We introduce

A single thirty-minute conversation, scheduled around you. No sequence, no pursuit.

The research is ours. The decision is yours.

The Standard

A provider earns the introduction before you hear the name.

Operational scale: infrastructure verified for mid-market and global enterprise demand.

Financial & compliance stability: fiscal health, SOC 2 / ISO, and legal history checked.

Vouched track records: peer-to-peer verification with current and former C-suite clients.

For Members

Why members take the call.

See It Early

The providers reshaping your category, while knowing about them is still worth something.

Nothing Uninvited

Every introduction answers something already on your agenda. Nobody arrives unannounced.

One Call, Not a Cycle

Half an hour is usually enough to know. It stands in for the weeks you would have spent reading.

Checked First

Providers measured against our standard, not whoever bought your contact details this month.

Intelligence You Keep

Pricing, capability, and where the category is heading. That stays with you either way.

Who It's For

Built for decision-makers.

VP & C-Suite

Leaders with direct influence over technology, operations, procurement, or vendor decisions.

Growing Organisations

Organisations actively evaluating new solutions, services, or strategic providers.

Time-Conscious Teams

Executives who would rather spend thirty minutes on three strong options than three weeks on thirty.

The Network

Admission runs both ways.

This is not a marketplace. Nothing here is listed, ranked, or sold by the click.

Members are welcomed on their role, their purchasing authority, and their relevance to the network.

Providers earn their place the same way, evaluated in full before a single introduction is made.

The result is a smaller room, where everyone in it has already been checked and everyone's time is treated as the scarce thing it is.

Questions

Before you become a member.

Who is this for?
Executives with real influence over vendor decisions: VP-level and above at organisations with meaningful technology or operating budget. If that sounds like you, we'd rather you apply and let us confirm fit than rule yourself out.
How are providers vetted?
We evaluate relevance to your requirement, delivery capability, credibility with comparable customers, and overall fit before a provider is ever introduced. A provider that does not hold up in the room is not introduced again — to you or to anyone else in the network.
What is the time commitment?
You tell us what you need once. From there the research is ours. An introduction only reaches your calendar when there is a genuine fit, and it is thirty minutes — not a discovery call, a follow-up, and a deck. Declining one carries no consequence to your standing in the network.
What happens after I'm accepted?
There is nothing to configure and no profile to complete. When we've found a provider worth your calendar, a representative reaches out directly with proposals, by email or message, so you can review them on your own time.
Is there a meeting honorarium?
Yes. As thanks for your time, members receive a small honorarium once a meeting is held, in recognition of the time it takes to evaluate a new provider properly. It is never contingent on a purchase, and it is not the reason to join.
Will my information be shared or sold?
No. Your details are never listed, sold, or passed to a provider without your explicit approval of that specific introduction.
Is there a membership fee?
No. The network is funded by the providers who meet our standard, which is exactly why the standard is enforced without exception.

Your time has value.

We recognise the time our members invest in evaluating new providers. A meeting honorarium is provided once a qualifying introduction results in a meeting.

Mountain range above the clouds at dusk

Thirty minutes. The right provider. None of the noise.

Let us carry the search. You keep the part that actually needs you — the judgement, and the decision.

Applications are reviewed individually. Each quarter's intake is limited to a small number of qualified executives.
