How we handle your information.

We collect what you submit through the consideration form: your name, title, company, corporate email address, organisation size, budget range, stated priorities, and an optional LinkedIn profile. We also record the address a submission came from and basic technical metadata, used only to prevent abuse.

What we do with it

Your details are used to verify your role and eligibility, to understand what you are trying to solve, and to identify providers worth introducing to you. They are read by a member of our team, never processed by an automated decision system.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share your details with a provider until you have approved that specific introduction. We do not use your information for advertising.

Retention

We keep application records for as long as you remain under consideration or a member of the network, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can request that your information be deleted at any time by writing to us at the address below.
